People's Network Xiong'an, July 11 (Wang Hong) A few days ago, Tsinghua University's Rural Revitalization Workstation Xiong'an (Rongcheng) Station unveiled a plaque in Jia Guang Township, Rongcheng County, Xiong'an New Area. In the future, the station will give full play to the advantages of Tsinghua University in terms of talents, technology and resources, take demand as the guide, work around the five aspects of rural revitalization industry, talents, culture, ecology and organization, and provide intellectual support and related resource docking services for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in Xiong'an New Area.

It is understood that Xiong'an (Rongcheng) Station is a platform built by the People's Government of Rongcheng County and Tsinghua University to play a leading role in demonstration and serve the national rural revitalization strategy. The workstation was located in Wangjiazhuang Village, Jia Guang Township, Rongcheng County, and began planning and establishment in early 2022.

During the period, more than 40 students from 7 batches of Tsinghua University, Peking University and other universities visited the wind and objects, asked about skills and people's livelihood, and carried out activities such as practice, quality development, and villagers' gala. 14 batches of rural construction service teams went to Rongcheng to carry out research, and formed planning suggestions, cultural and creative product design and other achievements in site construction, rural planning, cultural and creative design and other work.

Cheng Zhengyu, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Tsinghua University, said that after the workstation is opened, the Youth League Committee of Tsinghua University will continue to support students to devote themselves to social practice and serve the society; It will also continue to strengthen cooperation with practice bases, explore the participation of experts and scholars, senior masters and doctors, topics and course teaching forms in rural revitalization work, explore long-term mechanisms for school-local cooperation, joint education and social service, and jointly promote the rural construction of Rongcheng County.
