In order to implement the requirements of the 22nd national "Safe Production Month" activity with the theme of "everyone talks about safety, everyone will respond to emergencies", further enhance the awareness of safe production in the main responsible persons of key enterprises, and implement the detailed work of safe production, on the afternoon of June 29, Hailing Industrial Park and Jingtai Road Street organized a safety production publicity of "100 regiments into millions of enterprises and 10 million employees". Zhang Weili, a lawyer from Jiangsu Shengdian (Taizhou) Law Firm, gave a special lecture, and all the heads of enterprises, safety officers, and street safety supervision departments in the jurisdiction attended the meeting.
Zhang Weili deeply interpreted the new Work Safety Law, and made a detailed analysis of the revision of the Jiangsu Province Work Safety Regulations, three major features and key provisions. It is pointed out that the regulations have added and refined a series of highly operable system provisions, further improved the responsibility system for safe production, and focused on solving practical problems in safe production work. At the same time, the responsibilities of the main person in charge and safety administrator of the production and operation unit are clarified; The importance of implementing the hierarchical safety risk management and control system by production and business units was emphasized, so that the participants had a deeper understanding of the new regulations.
In addition, Zhang Weili closely focused on eight major accidents, including falling from height, mechanical injury, object blows, drowning excavators, burning, illegal operation in limited space, forklift, illegal hot operation, and warned and analyzed the safety accident cases. Tell and analyze the direct and indirect causes of various accidents, as well as emergency rescue, accident responsibility, accident handling results, one by one shocking and vivid cases, give everyone a real and vivid safety warning education class, remind everyone to learn the painful lessons brought by the accident, and profoundly explain the importance of safe production.
