The 96-year-old comrade has served as director and president of the Harbin Municipal Cultural Troupe and Harbin Municipal Drama Theater, director of the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Culture, director of the China Dramatists Association, chairman of the Heilongjiang Dramatists Association, and consultant of the Harbin Drama Theater. He has directed the drama "Harbin at Night" and other plays, and won the "Wenhua Director Award" issued by the Ministry of Culture, the "Lifetime Honor Award" issued by the China Drama Research Association, and the "Lifelong Excellent Artist" awarded by the Sixth Harbin Cultural Congress. At Wang Zhichao's home, Wang Hongxin sat with him on his knees, talked happily, asked about his family situation, physical condition and spare time, and advised the old comrades to take care of their health, continue to exert their residual enthusiasm, care about and support the overall work as always, and make suggestions and contributions to the high-quality development of the city's culture, radio, television and tourism. Huang Dawei, member of the leading party group and deputy director of the bureau, visited and comforted Jiang Chaoyang, a party member who was ill and had difficulties in life. Huang Dawei inquired about the comrade's condition and advised him to actively cooperate with rehabilitation treatment, rest and recuperate with peace of mind, and the party organization would do its best to help him solve his difficulties in life.
