There are not many venues suitable for building community pension facilities

If you want to do a pension institution, the cost of new property is too high, and it is difficult for general pension institutions to support, so most enterprises do it to choose suitable properties around the community where the elderly are more concentrated, such as idle factory renovation, but the right site is not easy to find.
Wang Dan: There is indeed a situation in which owners oppose the use of idle properties in the community as pension facilities. Why adopt this complex business model? If the country's parental care insurance policy will develop in the direction of medical services and nursing services in the future, medical care is not only to realize the combination of medical and nursing care model advocated by the state, but also to have more space for enterprises, so that they can operate for a long time. For the elderly, home medical services are more in line with the needs of the elderly, and for the elderly who have long-term home care, the needs of doctors are far greater than those of nursing.
