When a person has doubts and fears in his heart, but every wind and grass will make him panic, and when a person's heart and body are bright, but all extravagance and filth are just the common feelings of people in his eyes, and the heart is not moved by it.
So what the world is, we don't have to be too attached, and what we need to do is to be able to look at the world with what kind of mood.
There is such a story in the Liezi:
One man, whose family had a plane tree withered, said to the old man of the neighbor's house, "The withered plane tree is an ominous sign, so you might as well cut down this dead tree." ”
The man heard it and thought it made sense, so he did it.
When he had cut down the plane tree, the old man of the neighbor came over and said, "You have cut down the tree, so you might as well send me some branches for firewood." ”
This man was very angry when he heard this, and said: "The old man of the neighbor's family originally wanted firewood, so he asked me to cut down the tree, and he and I were neighbors, but they were so sinister, can we be like this?" ”
And this is the principle of "phase from the heart", the world we see in our eyes is the presentation of our own heart, and we are a doll manipulated by the body of the heart.
Your own subjective consciousness is like a pair of colored glasses, when your mind is what color, the world you see will be like.
Just like the man who cut down the tree, when the old man asked him for some branches, in his eyes the old man had become the embodiment of insidious evil.
So many times, when we think that we can soberly face the people and things in front of us, in fact, all this is just the presentation processed by our own subjective consciousness, and this behavior is ultimately the result of the manipulation of the mind.
In this state, only by abandoning the distractions in the mind, being pure and nothing, and not looking at the world with a narrow and wrong attitude, can we better restore the original nature of this world, and this root lies in the cultivation of one's own heart, with the purpose of achieving the wisdom of "disappearing with the heart".
There is a saying in the "Cai Gen Tan": the mobile, the bow shadow is suspected to be a snake and scorpion, and the sleeping stone is regarded as a fuhun, and this middle hun is murderous; the mindful, the stone tiger can be used as a seagull, and the frog sound can be used as a trumpet, and the real opportunity can be seen everywhere.
People who are suspicious of ghosts, when they see the bow shadow in the cup, they think it is a snake and scorpion, and when they see the stone in the dark, they think it is a tiger, and his surroundings will be full of murderous spirits; and the pure-hearted person, the stone tiger is only as docile to him as a seagull, and the sound of frogs can be used as a trumpet, and the places he touches are also peaceful places everywhere.

This is how if the mind cannot be still, the wind and grass will cause him to be frightened; when the heart is at peace and tranquility, the external things, even if there are some disturbances, can not be moved by it, and this seemingly world-wide result is only due to the initial thought.
When Huizi was in Liangguo, Zhuangzi wanted to visit him, and before Zhuangzi arrived, someone secretly said to Keiko, "Zhuangzi is here, he came to rob you of your position." ”
After Keiko heard this, she was very panicked, so she quickly sent someone to search for Zhuangzi first, but after looking for three days and three nights, she did not find it.
Later, Zhuangzi went to Keiko and said, "There is a bird in the south that departs from the South China Sea and flies to the North Sea, and except for the plane tree, the other trees refuse to rest, and they refuse to eat anything other than bamboo; water other than the beautiful spring water is not allowed to drink." An eagle caught a dead mouse, saw the bird flying over his head, and said worriedly: 'Scared', do you also want to scare me with your phase?
In this dialogue, Zhuangzi compares himself to a bird that eats only bamboo, drops only sycamores, and drinks only spring water, while Keiko compares her to an eagle clutching a rotten mouse, and when the eagle sees the bird flying over his head, he panics and worries that the bird will come to snatch his dead mouse.
This truth is like the person who doubts the neighbor in the column, the original state of the world is not what you think, but when you judge things with subjective consciousness, your mind determines the state of the thing, and finally it will be subject to different results, and suffering is produced by the mixing of subjective consciousness into things.
If you look at life with a critical eye, when you look at the world, you will feel that life is full of holes and useless.
That's why Mr. Nan Huaijin said that: Looking for sorrow and hatred for no reason, we ourselves live in a complicated group world, and only when we face the ups and downs and entanglements of life with an indifferent attitude can we invisibly save a lot of contradictions and problems.
Just like in the Tao Te Ching: for doing nothing, doing nothing, tasteless.
Act with the heart of inaction, do things with the heart of nothingness, and taste with the heart of tastelessness.
When we dilute the influence of our subjective consciousness in life, we can restore the original nature of life and restore our original mind to a clear and clear realm.
The mind has no attachments, and it is not born of itself.
