At about 21:00 p.m. on the same day, the defendant Bin X and the victim Fu X had an argument while driving. Defendant Bin X was speeding the vehicle and attempted to turn the vehicle right and crash into the guardrail on the outside of the highway and die with the victim, Fu X. When the victim Fu saw the situation, he grabbed the steering wheel and tried to straighten the steering wheel, and finally the vehicle driven by Bin mou hit the guardrail on the right side of the highway and continued to drive forward for a distance before stopping. After the vehicle stopped, defendant Bin got out of the car, leaned into the car and grabbed the hair and clothes of the victim Fu X, who was sitting in the passenger cab, and dragged him outside the car, and when he was dragged to a few meters behind the vehicle, he grabbed the hair of the victim Fu X, smashed his face upwards and hit the highway road many times, and the victim Fu X hit the ground with the back of his head and bled, and the defendant Bin stopped after discovering that the victim Fu X was unconscious. On May 25, 2020, the victim Fu XX died after ineffective rescue; after appraisal, the victim Fu XX died of severe head injury caused by blunt external force.

The Zhengguan News reporter learned that Bin performed well during his work and did not inquire about criminal records in the location of his household registration before the case. In 2019, Bin Mou was under great pressure due to emotional problems with Fu Mou, and he once had the idea of taking his own life.

At trial, the Changsha Intermediate People's Court held that defendant Bin Junjie's truthful confession of his crime after arriving at the case was a confession and could be given a lenient punishment in accordance with law. After the incident, defendant Bin Junjie actively made compensation, admitted guilt, repented, and may be given a lighter punishment as appropriate. This case was triggered by marital feelings, and the victim's close relatives expressed forgiveness to defendant Bin Junjie, and defendant Bin Junjie could be given a lenient punishment as appropriate.

The court ultimately ruled that defendant Bin Junjie was guilty of intentional homicide and sentenced to life imprisonment and deprivation of political rights for life.
