Diary "Reds" Switzerland_Jung

author:One Seat VS Ten Year Book

The mysterious door behind me had closed, I felt my will paralyzed, the deep spirit took possession of me, and I knew nothing about the road ahead. So I didn't want anything because nothing let me know if I needed anything. I was waiting, but I didn't know what I was waiting for. But the next night, I felt like I had a definite answer.

I found myself standing on the tallest tower of a castle, and the breath in the sky told me: I had returned to ancient times. My gaze wanders in the lonely wilderness, the middle ground between fields and forests. I wore a green coat with a horn over my shoulders. I was a guard guarding the tower, and I looked into the distance and saw a red dot there, winding its way forward, flickering in the forest: it was a man on horseback, wearing a red coat, a red horse rider. He was about to enter my castle: he was walking through the gates, I could hear the footsteps of horses on the stone steps, the steps creaked, he was knocking: I felt inexplicable fear: a red man stood there, he was slender, his clothes were red, and even his hair was red. I was thinking: it turns out that he is a devil.

Redman: "Hello, man on the tower." I see you from afar, and I see you watching and waiting. Your wait has summoned me here. ”

Me: "Who are you?" ”

Red: "Who am I?" You think I'm the devil. Don't rush to judgment. Even if you don't know who I am, you can talk to me. How superstitious are you that you immediately think that I am the devil? ”

Me: "If you don't have supernatural powers, how do you know that I'm standing on a tower waiting for the unknown and new?" My life in the castle was terrible because I was always standing here and no one wanted to climb up. ”

Redman: "So what are you waiting for?" ”

Me: "Waiting for a lot of things, especially waiting for some worldly wealth that you can't see here." ”

Redman: "This is definitely where I'm coming, I've been wandering around the world for a long time, always looking for people like you who stand on towers looking for the unknown." ”

Me: "I'm curious. You are rare and extraordinary. Forgive my presumptuousness, I feel that you carry a strange breath that seems ordinary, seems reckless, or energetic, and in fact seems pagan. ”

Redman: "You didn't offend me, on the contrary, you said it, but I'm not the kind of ancient pagan you think." ”

Me: "I didn't insist on thinking that way either. You also don't have that pompous and Latin feeling, you don't have a classical temperament, like a child of our time, but I must say that you are very unusual. You are not a true pagan, but a pagan corresponding to our Christianity. ”

Redman: "You are really a person who can see through the truth, better than those who completely misunderstand me." ”

Me: "You sound cold and contemptuous. Have you never been saddened by the most sacred mystery of our Christianity?

Redman: "You are an unusually dull and serious person. Have you always been so urgent? ”

Me: "I have always tried my best to take mystery seriously and truthfully before God. But your presence makes these difficult. You carry some kind of frightening aura, it must be from the School of Dark Arts in Salerno, where pagans and their descendants teach evil magic. ”

Redman: "You are superstitious, too German, understand the classics only literally, otherwise you would not judge me so coldly." ”

Me: "Cold judgment is not my intention, but my nose will not deceive me." You are running away, unwilling to reveal your true colors. What are you disguising? ”

(The red man seems to be getting darker, and his red coat glows like red-hot iron.) )

Redman: "O loyal soul, I have nothing to hide from you. I'm just interested in your extreme seriousness and comical honesty, which is rare in our time, especially among those who have understanding in hand. ”

Me: "I don't think you can fully understand me." You are obviously comparing me to those you know, but I must tell you the truth that I am not actually in this era nor here, that I was cursed here many years ago, and that I am not the real me you see. ”

Redman: "What you said is shocking, so who are you?" ”

Me: "It doesn't matter who I am. I am who stand before you. I don't know why I'm here and who I am, but I know I'm here to prove myself with my best knowledge. I know very little about you, just as you don't know much about me.

Redman: "Sounds weird. Are you a saint? You can't be a philosopher because you don't have the ability to speak academically. So a saint? Indeed. Your solemnity smells of fanaticism. You have an air of morality and the simplicity of stale bread touched by water. ”

Me: "I'm noncommittal: you're talking like a man trapped in the zeitgeist." In my opinion, you lack comparison. ”

Redman: "Maybe you went to a pagan school?" You answer my questions like a sophist. If you are not a saint, how can you measure me by Christian standards? ”

Me: "For me, even if there are no saints, this standard can be used." I think I already know that no one can avoid the mystery of Christianity without punishment. I repeat: a man who has not had a broken heart for Christ will pull a pagan to surround himself and shut out the best. ”

Redman: "Another old routine?" If you are not a Christian saint, what do you want? Aren't you an abominable sophist? ”

Me: "You're confined to your own world." However, you seem quite certain that a completely unsanctified person can accurately assess the value of Christianity. ”

Redman: "Are you a doctor of theology who studies Christianity from the outside using historical methods, that is, a sophist?" ”

Me: "You're so stubborn. I mean, it's no coincidence that Christianity rules the world. I also believe that it is the task of Westerners to remember Christ and grow up with His pain, death and resurrection. ”

Redman: "But the Jews are also good people, and they don't need your solemn Gospels." ”

Me: "I don't think you read humanity: haven't you noticed what is missing in the mind, in the heart, and in the sense of self in the Jewish people?" ”

Redman: "Even though I am not Jewish, I must defend the Jews: you seem to hate Jews." ”

Me: "You are now talking like all those Jews, who you hate if you do not make a judgment that completely satisfies you, but make the cruelest jokes on your own people." It is precisely because Jews are well aware of what they lack, but are unwilling to admit it, that they are extremely sensitive to criticism. Do you believe that Christianity does not leave any trace in the human soul? Do you believe that people without personal experience can share the final result? ”

Redman: "You argued very well. But what about your seriousness ?! You can make things simple. If you're not a saint, I really don't understand why you're so serious. The fun is completely ruined by you. What trouble does the devil cause you? Only Christianity, full of pessimistic seclusion, can make people so clumsy and depressed. ”

Me: "I believe there is something else that shows a serious existence." ”

Redman: "Oh, I understand, you mean life." I know the word. I also have life and don't want to let my hair turn gray. Life does not need any seriousness, instead, it is better to dance for life. ”

Me: "I know how to dance." Yes, we can do it through dance! Dancing goes hand in hand with estrus, and I know people who are always in heat and willing to dance for their gods. Some are ridiculous, some formulate ancient customs, and not honestly admit that they are completely incapable of such a performance. ”

Redman: "Well, dear friend, I have taken off my mask and now I am starting to become more serious, because it concerns my duties." We can imagine that there is such a third thing, for which dance is symbolic. ”

The red knight turned bright red. Look, it's a miracle that leaves have grown on my green coat.

Me: "Maybe there is also a kind of happiness before God, called dance." But I haven't found that joy yet, I'm looking for things that haven't yet arrived. And happiness does not come with things. ”

Redman: "Brother, you didn't recognize me?" I just am! ”

Me: "Are you happy?" It's like I'm looking at you in a fog, your imagery is vague. My dear, let me hold your hand, who are you and who are you? ”

Happy? Is he happy?

This red man must be the devil, my devil. In other words, he is my joy, the joy of a serious man, leaving this man alone on a tower to gaze at his red, red fragrance and warm red pleasure. Secret happiness is not in his mind, nor in his appearance, but this strange happiness in the world is like a warm south wind, mixed with the rich fragrance of flowers and the ease of life unexpectedly appear. If you know this seriousness from your own poets, when something happens in the depths of anticipation, they will be first recognized by the devil for their spring-like pleasure. It rolls people up like a wave and pushes it forward. Anyone who experiences this joy forgets themselves. There is nothing sweeter than forgetting yourself, and there are many people who forget who they are. However, many more have strong roots, and even rosy waves cannot wash them away. They are petrified and very heavy, while others are very light.

I confronted my demon seriously and saw him as a real person. I learned in the occult that every nameless person who lives alone in the inner world is taken seriously, because they are real people who can bring results. This does not work for us who live in the zeitgeist: because there is no devil in the zeitgeist. There is a devil in me, and it is inside me. I did my best to face him and I was able to talk to him. If one does not want to surrender to the devil unconditionally, then a religious dialogue with the devil is inevitable, because this is what the devil wants. Since the place where I could not agree with the devil was religion, I had to tell him about this, because he was an independent personality, and I could not expect that I could effortlessly get him to accept my position.

If I don't try to understand him, I'm running away. If you encounter the rare opportunity to talk to the devil, don't forget to face him seriously. He is your devil after all. The devil is your opponent, he seduces you, he puts a stone barrier on the way you least want to face him.

Taking the devil seriously does not mean falling on his side or becoming the devil, but rather about reaching an understanding and thus accepting your other position. In this way, the devil completely loses his foundation, and so do you. This may be a good thing.

Although the devil will hate religion because of its special solemnity and justice, it is clear that it is through religion that the devil can be understood. My opinion on dance struck him because what I spoke about belonged to his domain. As long as others care, he does not take it seriously, because this is the characteristic of all devils. In this form, I find the seriousness of the devil, and therefore, we find common ground that makes understanding possible. The devil believes that dance is neither lust nor madness, but an expression of pleasure, but that pleasure is not for any particular person. I identified with the devil with this, so he turned into human form before my eyes, and I turned green like a tree in spring.

However, the idea that happiness is the devil or that the devil is happiness worries you. I wandered for a week, worried that I wasn't thinking enough. You don't believe in the fact that your happiness is the devil. But it seems that there is always something evil in happiness. If your happiness is not your own devil, it may be the people around you, because happiness is the ultimate blossoming and greening of life. These knock you down, so you must grope new paths, because the light of the fire of happiness has completely disappeared. Otherwise, your happiness will push those around you away from his own path, for life illuminates everything around it like fire, and fire is the element of the devil.

When I discover that the devil is happiness, I must want to make a covenant with him. But you can't make a covenant with happiness because it's fleeting. Therefore, you cannot catch the devil either. Yes, that's the essence of its inability to be caught. If he allows himself to be caught, he is a stupid devil, and a stupider devil will leave you with nothing. The devil always saws off the branches you are sitting on, which is useful to prevent you from falling asleep and contaminating the corresponding vices.

The devil is an evil element. And what about happiness? If you follow it, you will find that there is also a devil in happiness, because when you reach happiness, you go straight from happiness to your own specific hell, and everyone's hell is different from others.

By agreeing with the devil, he accepted part of my seriousness and I also accepted part of his pleasure. These gave me courage. But if the devil becomes more serious, man must be prepared. Accepting happiness is always a dangerous thing, but happiness brings us back to life and its disappointing places, so that our lives become complete.
