In order to do a good job in the tourism safety and security work before the "May Day" festival and effectively prevent the occurrence of tourism safety accidents, recently, the Science and Technology Publicity Center of Shuangbao Town, Xixiu District, together with the town police station, the Shuangbao Branch of the Market Supervision Bureau, the fire brigade of the safety supervision station and other departments to carry out the "May Day" pre-holiday tourism safety inspection, to create a good tourism environment for the majority of tourists.
The working group successively came to Jiulongshan Forest Park, Dam Rongxin Recreation Ranch, hotels and B&Bs in the jurisdiction to carry out investigations. During the inspection, the staff strictly followed the work requirements of "full coverage and zero dead ends", carefully checked the important points of the scenic spot, the risk area and the safety warning signs of the project facilities, whether the fire protection facilities and equipment were fully equipped, whether the food safety management work was implemented, etc., and explained in detail to the person in charge of the scenic spot and the enterprise the importance of tourism fire safety and the preparation of the emergency plan for the flood season.
In response to the problems identified, the working group ordered it to immediately rectify in accordance with the principle of "investigating a place and governing a place", and urged it to eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner, requiring the relevant person in charge to conscientiously fulfill the responsibility of safety production supervision, carry out safety hazard investigation on a regular basis, resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence of safety accidents, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
In the next step, Shuangbao Town will strengthen the normalization inspection and comprehensive rectification of important areas such as security facilities, fire-fighting equipment, road safety, food safety, and homestay hotels in the town's tourism, and actively carry out cultural and tourism safety publicity work, form a good atmosphere for everyone to participate, and strive to create a safe, stable and harmonious social environment.
