Method:

1⃣️ Baking pan spread oil paper for later, I use 27.2 * 27.2 Sannoya no square silicone oil paper

2⃣️ Heat corn oil with cocoa powder to about 70 degrees Until the cocoa powder is completely melted, sift in low flour and mix well, add milk and beat well, add egg yolks to beat into a delicate paste (at this time the oven begins to preheat 150 degrees)

3⃣️ Add a few drops of lemon juice to the protein solution, beat until coarsely soaked, add 40 grams of granulated sugar in three divided doses, and beat until wet

4⃣️ One-third of the protein paste into the egg yolk paste, cut and mix well, then mix well, and finally pour directly back into the remaining egg white basin, turn up and down and stir well
