Travel knowledge sharing: Norway's national parks
To get me to go outdoors in a country, I would prefer Norway (followed by New Zealand, Switzerland). The coastline of europe as a whole is about 40,000 kilometers, while Norway accounts for 20,000 kilometers. With its winding coastline, densely packed across the 385,000-square-kilometre western coast of a narrow stretch of land, Norway is known as the "Country of the Fjords".
Norway is rich in natural resources, with fjords, glaciers, forests, auroras... Simply a huge national park.
Norway's national parks cover 10% of the country's total area and currently have 47 national parks, 40 on the mainland and 7 in Svalbard. In the vast expanse of the Beautiful Capital National Park, travelers can pick berries and mushrooms, fish, hunt (require a hunting license)...
It is a paradise for wildlife. Reindeer, musk oxen, mink, wolverine... Wilderness spirits grow savagely in this land, waterfalls, fjords, peaks, glaciers, day after day flow year after year, waiting for your arrival...
