Take a quest from the goblin to find Grandpa Winter, and after handing it over, Grandpa will give you a new quest "Gift for the Winter Veil Festival".
Five small gingerbread and 1 bottle of milk are required, and the small gingerbread needs to be made by yourself, and the iced milk can be purchased by NPCs.
