Centennial anniversary of the founding of the group: This kindergarten reads poems for Yu Yi

Without the current epidemic, the young teachers of Wunan Kindergarten should visit their beloved people's educator Yu Yi and listen to her teachings in person, led by Director Gong Min and Liu Fang, Director of the Supplement Department of Xinmin Evening News. The correspondence between Gong Min and Yu Yi was reported by the Evening Evening Glow Cup two years ago; the leaders of the Shanghai Education Foundation and the Shanghai Municipal Local Volunteer Office were enthusiastically facilitating it.

In October last year, Wunan Kindergarten held a theme activity for the first anniversary of the people's educator Yu Yi's reply, and Director Gong Min delivered a keynote speech

However, when the epidemic came, the preschool education workers in Unan made every effort to improve the quality of online classes and actively safeguard the mental health of young children's families, and on the other hand, they prayed for the people's educators to spend the special time and hardship safely, and planned to read poems to express their respect.

On the eve of May Fourth this year, the Youth League Branch of Wunan Kindergarten greeted the centenary of the founding of the Regiment and paid tribute to Mr. Yu Yi, a people's educator, by reading poems online

May has always been the season of poetry and flowers. May 4 this year marks the centenary of the Communist Youth League of China. On May 2, people's educator Yu Yi also loved the younger generations, and specially wrote a delicate message with a pen - "Chinese youth in the new era, in the face of the current heavy responsibility of epidemic prevention, carry forward the spirit of May Fourth responsibility, and shine brilliantly in the dedication to the health and safety of the people"! Unan Youth Dun was encouraged.

The People's Educator wrote a May Fourth message on May 2

Regarding the role of poetry teaching in cultivating students' sentiments, Yu Yi's predecessors have long explored and conducted empirical demonstration teaching in many famous teacher training bases. The core magic weapon of Yu Yi's poetry teaching recorded by later educators is: "Use passionate language to cultivate students' temperament, stir up students' emotional comparison, appreciation, and application, so that students and poets can have time, space, and emotional resonance, and at the same time pay attention to teachers forming a sense of language in their interaction with students." "Sense of language, including the rhythm of the poem, the rhyme of the recitation, and the aftertaste of the effects of the classroom activities."

After many communications with Director Gong Minyuan and the opinions of multinational students in the School of International Cultural Exchange of Fudan University, the Unan League Branch confirmed that it was the people's educator to recite nine well-known poetry works in modern times, and launched the Series of Activities of the Red May Wunan International Poetry Appreciation Month, which opened the prelude to the centenary of the founding of the Group.

The titles and poets of these nine works are: Haizi (China's) "Spring Blossoms Facing the Sea", the female poet Shu Ting's (China's) "To the Oak Tree"; the index finger (China's) "Believe in the Future"; Pushkin's (Russia's" "If Life Deceives You"; Shelley's (British) "Ode to the West Wind" (excerpt); Rimbaud's (France)'s "Head of the Shepherd"; Whitman's (American) "Cavalry Crossing the River"; Adonis (Syria's" "My Loneliness is a Garden (Excerpt)"; Gamoneda (Spain's) "". Geology". Among them, except for Pushkin and Shelley, who are modern poets, and Whitman, who are modern poets, the others are contemporary poets. In terms of country and cultural choices, the five permanent members of the United Nations and the elements of influence of Spanish and Arabic are taken into account.

In the form of these poem recitations and introductions, there are online classes, teacher seminars, expert writing instructions, parent-child reading of parents and children of fresh graduates of Unan, video recitation of representatives of Unan community, interpretation by young teachers, and online exchange and recitation of life organized by the Unan League branch, which can be described as colorful and reflects the unique appeal of poetry culture.

Fang Wenyuan introduced the classic Arabic poetry works

Shen Yefeng, secretary of the Branch of the Unan Youth League and a young teacher, and Fang Wenyuan, a senior classmate who participated in the theme activity, jointly recited Adonis's "My Loneliness is a Garden". Adonis was born in 1930 in a small village on the Syrian coast. From the beginning of his memory, he worked in the fields; helped his father pick fruit, farm, dried dried fish and mend fish nets, and when he grew up, he had to go out to fish and repair fishing boats; he just didn't have the opportunity to go to school. His father, in poverty, insisted on using classical Arabic poetry to impart his most basic cultural knowledge. Until one day, in his sleep under the tree, he wrote a poem dedicated to the first president of the republic after the independence of Syria.

This dream, at the age of 14, turned surprisingly into reality. He did meet the president who toured his hometown, who praised his patriotic poetry and promised the state to fund his education. As a result, he was able to study philosophy at university. In 1956, he came to Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, the cultural center of the Arab world at that time. He was deeply nourished by culture, founded poetry journals with like-minded people, and went deep into the folk and libraries and museums to sort out a large number of poetry works of various eras that were ignored by the war, and compiled them into a landmark three-volume "Selected Arabic Poetry". Later, Lebanon was unfortunately plunged into a full-scale civil war, and he was forced to move to Paris; he once again witnessed the displacement of the people of his homeland after years of invasion by the US military. Thus, in Paris, his poems in Arabic were always filled with nostalgia for worry and sadness, but in nostalgia they embodied a high fighting spirit in despair, aiming to awaken the world's attention to Arab suffering. "My Loneliness is a Garden" is Adonis's masterpiece, and the "garden" in his hot heart is his motherland.

My Loneliness is a Garden (Excerpt)

Adonis (Syria)

Loneliness is a garden

But there is only one tree among them

Desperate with long fingers

But it can only catch dead butterflies

The sun even in times of worry

Clothe yourself with light

Death comes from behind

Even if it looks like it's coming from the front

The front belongs only to life

Crazy is a child

In the garden of reason

Do the best game

time

Float in joy

Deposited in sorrow

Forget to have a harp

Memory uses it to play silent sorrow

The world made me scratch my head

But the wound grew wings

The darkness that struck me

Makes me shine brighter

Lonely

It is also a ladder for me to climb to the light

After Shen Yefeng and Fang Wenyuan recited it together, the verse that everyone appreciated most was - "The darkness that hit me made me more brilliant!" Loneliness is also a ladder for me to climb to the light"! Gong Min and I are very happy that everyone can become the confidant of Arabic classic poetry, not to mention that Adonis's hometown is also the home of roses.

Teacher Yu Jia of Unan Kindergarten told the story of the English poet Shelley

Mr. Yu Jia, the backbone of scientific research in Wunan Kindergarten and the new Long March commando of Xuhui District, graduated from the Shanghai Theater Academy majoring in acting, and also won the Horse Award, the Cultivation Award and the Special Prize of the Shanghai Picture Book Recitation Competition of the Xuhui Education System. In this Wunan International Poetry Appreciation Month, Yu Jia, who has a talent for language, recited the famous "Ode to the West Wind" by the British poet Shelley, which she was very familiar with when she was in college.

Ode to the West Wind (excerpt)

Shelley (UK)

Let me be your poetry like a forest

Even if my leaves are like the leaves of the forest

These two are beautiful and sad deep autumn sounds

Your roaring symphony will be included

I hope I have this strong spirit of yours

I hope that you who are invincible are me

Please sweep my dead thoughts out of the universe

It's like you sweep away the fallen leaves for the sake of rejuvenation

And with the mantra of my poetry

Spread My Word all over this earth

It's like a spark blown out of an unquenched furnace

May you blow out loud through My Mouth

Awaken the prophecy of this world

The wind

Winter is coming both quickly

Isn't spring still far away?

Yu Jia tells us that this poem is actually written about autumn, but European poets more than 200 years ago often had a sad autumn complex, that is, they believed that late autumn would bring harsh winter cold. But shelley's poetry turned upside down on the traditional perception of European poetry. "Ode to the West Wind" is Shelley's work during his stay in Italy in 1819, as his culmination, full of revolutionary romanticism, is a pearl in the treasure house of world poetry. The poet praises the west wind, accurately and powerfully lyrically describes the natural scene, symbolizes the reality of the struggle in Europe at that time, and pins his hope for a better future in his heart. So Marx called him a "thorough revolutionary" and Engels praised him as a "genius prophet." On July 8, 1822 Shelley was tragically shipwrecked at sea at the age of 30. Over the past 200 years, Shelley's famous writings and quotes have inspired countless revolutionaries and patriots. Including in the wuhan defense war two years ago to fight the epidemic and the shanghai defense war this year, the front-line warriors often use Shelley's famous words to motivate themselves and encourage their children - "no winter will not pass, no spring will not come." Yu Jia also believes that on the eve of May Fourth, Shanghai's social side is clearing to zero, and the social side is even more touching!

Wang Jiayi (left) Shen Yefeng, who postponed the wedding and threw herself into the front line of the regional fight against the epidemic

The couple actively participated in the community fight against the epidemic and postponed the wedding twice, and they are now fighting side by side to become volunteers on the front line of support! I hope that in the golden autumn season of the new semester, Qin Yiyun and I can eat the happy candy of the newcomers. And how beautiful is this verse:

I must be a kapok near you

Stand with you as the image of a tree

Root, clenched in the ground

Leaves, touching in the clouds

Every gust of wind passes

We all greeted each other

……

You have your copper branches and iron trunks

Like a knife, like a sword

Also like a halberd

I have my red flowers

Like a heavy sigh

It's like a heroic torch

We share the cold waves, the wind and thunder, and the thunderbolts

We share mist, streams, rainbows

……

This is great love

Fortitude is here

Love --

Not only love your mighty body

Also love the position you insist on

The land under the feet
