The highlight was olaf and Tulip's tweaks and we are very happy to finally put them in your hands.
Given the upcoming ongoing combat capability challenges, this version of the balance adjustment is more minimal. The 12.10 version of the tweak is to improve the ability to continue to fight, which has a great impact on explosive heroes. As a result, we postponed tweaks to most of the heroes in this release.
I realized I forgot to mention that we were also making some tweaks to Reckton.
