In the first quarter, there were two models of joint venture cars with cumulative wholesale sales of more than 100,000 units, of which Nissan Xuanyi won the first place in the sales of joint venture cars with 116435 units; Volkswagen Langyi's cumulative sales in the first quarter were 103601 units, ranking second.
The sales of other joint venture cars are quite different from the top two, and the Tesla Model 3 has accumulated wholesale sales of 76,684 units, ranking third, and it is also the best selling joint venture brand mid-size car.
The Toyota Camry followed, with cumulative sales of 68,904 vehicles, ranking fourth, and continuing to lead competitor Honda Accord, which ranked seventh with cumulative sales of 54,856 vehicles.
Mid-size vehicles such as Nissan Tianlai, Volkswagen Passat, Volkswagen Maiteng, BMW 3 Series, Toyota Asia Dragon, and Audi A4L also sold more than 30,000 units, entering the top 20 of the joint venture car sales list.
In the first quarter, the joint venture car with cumulative sales of more than 30,000 units totaled 19 models, of which medium-sized cars accounted for 9 models.
Toyota Corolla has sold 60,462 vehicles, ranking fifth; Volkswagen Sagittarius has sold 56,165 vehicles, ranking sixth; Volkswagen Bora has sold 50,056 vehicles, ranking eighth; Toyota Ralink has sold 49,698 vehicles, ranking ninth. Compared with the same period last year, the sales volume of these models has fallen significantly.
In terms of traditional luxury brands, the best-selling joint venture sedan is the BMW 5 Series, which ranked twelfth in the first quarter with sales of 42,235 units; bmw 3 Series sold 34,307 units, ranking sixteenth; Mercedes-Benz E-Class sales of 34,169 units, ranking seventeenth.
In addition, the Audi A4L has sold 32,752 units, ranking nineteenth; Mercedes-Benz C-Class sales of 27,565 units, ranking twenty-first. The Audi A6L has sold 25,690 units, ranking only 22nd.
It is worth mentioning that Buick Yinglang, which ranked fourth in sales in the same period last year, had a cumulative sales volume of only 29,197 vehicles in the first quarter of this year, ranking down to 20th place, and sales fell by 67.9% year-on-year.
