On April 28, Geely's "100,000-level new Sanhao SUV" 2022 Boyue announced its entry into the market. The new car launched a total of two configurations, the Zhixiang type and the Zhiya type, priced at 102,800 yuan and 112,800 yuan respectively.
In terms of powertrain, the 2022 Boyue is equipped with a 1.8TD+7DCT powertrain with a maximum power of 135 kW and a maximum torque of 300 N·m. In terms of appearance, the 2022 Boyue adopts the Geely 4.0 family straight waterfall front face design, and the unique 19-inch lattice aluminum alloy wheels of the same level adopt double five designs, and the three body colors of Hanyu white, ink jade black and titanium gray are used. In terms of interior, the 2022 Boyue adopts a new beige brown two-color light luxury interior, a 10.25-inch central control screen plus a luxurious intelligent electronic shift lever, full LCD instrument and other configurations.
The 2022 Boyue adopts a new sound insulation design such as a 360-degree seal design in the engine compartment and an acoustic package at 90+ places in the vehicle, which isolates the engine noise from the 2 layers of barrier. Coupled with silent tires and front and rear acoustic noise-canceling glass, idle silence is only 39dB, leading the industry average. With the support of ultra-zero pressure energy seats, the car has a new ergonomically wrapped support 125° seat flank and a 35mm longer seat cushion leg rest. The main driver's seat also supports 6-way electric adjustment, which can be switched freely in multiple scenes.
In particular, it took 2 years to comprehensively adjust the road conditions of the whole scene such as speed bumps, Belgian roads, potholes, etc., so as to make the new car's driving posture more stable. The brake pedal was tuned for 10 rounds of 50,000 kilometers by the world's leading brake system supplier, and finally achieved a braking distance of 39m, which is better than the competitors in the same class.
In the compact SUV market, Geely's Boyue X launched last year is favored by users under the age of 35 and continues to sell well in the 110,000-140,000-140,000-level compact SUV market.
