This morning I stumbled upon a picture of a fan on the Internet. According to the text of the picture, it is suspected to be a poem by Liu Shipei. The full text is as follows:
Omniscience is not easy, and it is difficult to be good and alone. Can be unknowable, the diagram begins with the principle. It depends on foresight, and the people before them follow it. Try less successfully, it is said that the knowledge is biased. I know what to do, and everything is easy to do. It is not known what the reason is, this precept or misinformation.
Erzhu Yue and Mr. Yuzi discussed the gains and losses of the Zuo clan, hating could not be smooth, because they wrote small poems to prepare for it, that is, they presented a sigh and a teacher.

Judging from the handwriting of this poem, in terms of Liu Shipei's own handwriting, which I have seen before, the similarity is 90%.
Especially the word "" in the poem. Also in 1915, Liu Shipei inscribed two poems for Dong Yushu's "Linghu Rafting Soil Map". The internote of the first of them has a sentence: "The department of the old genus of the Qiu character, Zhou Hanjun." ”

Judging from the content of the poem, it is obvious that Yuan Shikai changed the state system. This is completely consistent with the historical facts of that time.
