Inspired by the integrated battery design of smart phones, the battery R&D team of Zero Run has been developing integrated battery and chassis integration technology since 2016. The installation process was innovated by redesigning the battery carrier tray so that the entire chassis structure of the car body was coupled with the battery tray structure. It is reported that in the development process of zero run, for the intelligent power CTC technology, several rounds of rigorous tests have been carried out, such as bottom ball hitting, squeezing, thermal diffusion and nearly 30 tests to ensure battery safety.
