On April 26, xuelong returned to the docks of its domestic base in Shanghai, marking the successful completion of China's 38th Antarctic expedition. It is reported that China's 38th Antarctic expedition was jointly carried out by the "Xuelong" ship and the "Xuelong 2" ship, and the "Xuelong 2" ship returned to the Shanghai domestic base dock on April 20, 2022. China's 38th Antarctic Expedition set out on November 5, 2021, lasting 174 days and successfully completing various expeditions.
