On March 9, the Information Department received an urgent task, because our hospital as a whole took over the work of the Second Party Cabin Hospital in Jilin City, so the Information Department immediately purchased computers and other information equipment to make preliminary preparations for the opening of the cabin. Time is tight and the task is heavy, after contacting suppliers in many ways, the corresponding materials were finally purchased in Changchun. Subsequently, because of the lockdown of Jilin City, transportation became the biggest problem. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of the fang cabin hospital, Comrade Li Ning took the initiative to contact the relevant units of the city, and after several twists and turns, the goods were finally handed over successfully at the Changchun Expressway. After the successful handover, Li Ning drove the material equipment back to the hospital and completed the equipment debugging and information docking work with colleagues in the information department overnight.
On March 10, in order to ensure that the data of medical staff and patients of the Fang Cabin Hospital was synchronized with our hospital, so that the follow-up work could be carried out in an orderly manner, Comrade Li Ning communicated with relevant units and contacted the network operator many times to establish the "People's Hospital - Fang Cabin Special Line" to ensure the smooth transmission of the required data. During the epidemic period, Li Ning and other colleagues in the Information Department overcame difficulties to undertake the information construction of the two square cabin hospitals with high quality and high efficiency, and their construction speed and results were recognized by the municipal leaders.

On the evening of March 11, in accordance with the unified deployment of the city, nearly 200 medical staff and more than 300 patients in the six treatment areas of Jilin Central Hospital needed to be moved to our hospital as a whole. After receiving the instruction, Li Ning and the comrades of the Information Department carried out the maintenance of basic information such as the authority of six departments and personnel overnight, and invested a lot of time and energy in the daily work of point-to-point training and operation and maintenance management; on March 12, our hospital transformed the original site of the special diagnosis department into a observation ward, and Comrades Li Ning and Ma Ruihong of the Information Department stepped forward to overcome all difficulties and fully cooperate with the network architecture work so that the clinical treatment could be carried out smoothly and smoothly. The patient, meticulous and thoughtful service of Li Ning and other comrades in the Information Department has also been unanimously praised by the medical department and clinical staff of the central hospital.
The small family takes care of everyone and ensures the smooth flow of information in our hospital
The severity of the epidemic exceeded expectations, in order to defeat the virus as soon as possible, the city needs to hold different meetings and training at all levels every day, but at that time, there was a shortage of materials, insufficient manpower, and very few units that could undertake heavy responsibilities. Under such severe circumstances, the Information Section was tasked with commissioning and arranging the remote conference room. From March 13 to April 8, Comrade Li Ning always adhered to the front line of work, from the preparation and commissioning before the meeting, the coordination and stability during the meeting, the inspection and storage after the meeting, etc., Comrade Li Ning was meticulous and conscientious and undertook it together, ensuring the smooth holding of large, medium, and small meetings. During the period, Comrade Li Ning fell ill due to a long period of high-intensity work, but he did not flinch in the slightest, immediately put into work after the infusion, and did not delay the overall work progress for his own reasons. Comrade Li Ning ate and lived at his post for more than forty days, and how many sleepless working nights were held during this period, which fully embodied Li Ning's spirit of selfless dedication as a Communist Party member.
