Li Ning told reporters that the reason why he came to Shenmu was because in the investment promotion activities of the Xi'an Silk Expo, Xinfa Group signed an investment agreement with the Yulin Municipal Government, and the construction site of the project was in Shenmu. Li Ning introduced: "We came to Shenmu for development, mainly relying on Shenmu's local resources and energy advantages, strong industrial foundation, and good business environment. The Shenmu Municipal Government has given us great support in terms of preferential policies, priority factors, financing policies, talent attraction, scientific and technological innovation, etc., which has promoted the speed of implementation and high-quality development of the project. In addition, in terms of special services, the government has implemented measures such as the main leaders' grasp, special class promotion, full assistance and one-to-one service, which provides great confidence for the development of our project in Shenmu. ”
Shenxin new material project covers an area of about 15,000 acres, with a total investment of 80 billion yuan, after the completion of the project, it will achieve annual sales revenue of 100 billion yuan, profits and taxes of about 20 billion yuan, and can provide more than 6,000 jobs.
Li Ning said: "The project is generally divided into two sectors: power plant and chemical industry. Now the construction of two 660MW units of our power plant is nearing completion, these two units are the guaranteed supply units of Shaanxi Province's 'peak summer', and we strive to have power generation conditions at the end of June, so as to contribute to our 'peak summer' in Shaanxi Province. ”

Li Ning said that after the completion of the project, it will insist on creating maximum social value with the minimum resource and energy consumption, build a high-end energy and chemical industrial base in Shenmu with complementary upstream and downstream advantages and coordinated development of multiple formats, and extend basic chemical raw materials to fine chemical new materials.
