Jiwei Network News (Wen/Chen Wei) On April 18, Weifu Hi-Tech released its 2021 annual report, saying that the company achieved operating income of 13.682 billion yuan in 2021, an increase of 6.20% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 2.575 billion yuan, down 7.12% year-on-year; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 2.545 billion yuan, an increase of 21.75% year-on-year.
The report shows that in 2021, in the face of complex environment and industry changes, Weifu Hi-Tech actively responded to achieve steady growth in operating income. Fuel injection system products: the annual sales volume of common rail pumps exceeded 2.1 million units; the sales of VE distribution pumps exceeded 450,000 units, an increase of more than 29% year-on-year; and the annual sales of high-pressure oil rails exceeded 1.61 million units, a record high. Aftertreatment system products: gasoline purifier annual sales of nearly 2.2 million sets, a record high, diesel purifier annual sales of nearly 320,000 sets. The market share of passenger cars has steadily increased, achieving a breakthrough in the high-end autonomous passenger car market; the commercial vehicle market has obtained a number of key customer China VI projects, and the overall market position has been further improved. The market for new car-making forces has also made breakthroughs. Intake system products: Four-cylinder supercharger annual sales exceeded 750,000 units, a record high.
In addition, Weifu Hi-Tech gasoline engine obtained a number of key customer projects; diesel engine obtained a number of new customer projects, and continued to maintain the four-cylinder diesel engine market share of the first industry position in China. The six-cylinder supercharger maintains the dominant position of many key customers, obtains natural gas and diesel projects from many mainstream customers, and further expands the mainstream customer base of the six-cylinder supercharger. With high-end precision manufacturing products, the company has entered the supplier system of well-known companies in the new energy automobile industry and obtained customer fixed-point projects.
In terms of efficient internal combustion power products, Weifu Hi-Tech GP electronically controlled fuel system project completed product C sample development, CB6-25 completed B sample development, and integrated electronically controlled VE pump realized the T4 announcement of multiple engines. The six-cylinder supercharger completed the performance stereotyping of multiple customers' multiple models and realized the small batch supply of multiple China VI diesel engine superchargers; the four-cylinder gasoline supercharger completed the PPAP of multiple customer projects, and successfully obtained a variety of new China VI projects with 2.5L displacement in key markets. The post-processing system completed the development of sample A of light diesel platform product and the sample development of heavy diesel platform product B; completed the conversion of reprocessing products of multiple key customers.
In terms of hydrogen energy and intelligent network products, Weifu Gaoke platinum carbon catalyst completed the construction of the incubation line, the platinum alloy catalyst completed the process design of the main equipment of the incubation line, the membrane electrode prepared by the water-based catalyst ink formula reached the industry-leading level, the gas diffusion layer completed the B sample test verification prepared by the microporous layer, and the metal single battery completed the A sample test. The 35MPa high-pressure valve completed A sample development and B sample trial production; the low-pressure hydrogen subsystem completed the small batch production of four low-pressure valves, the air bearing completed a full set of manufacturing process optimization; and the electronic water pump and electronic thermostat completed A sample development and B sample design. Medium-range radar and security radar completed the development of A samples, in-cabin radar completed prototype sample design, and 4D millimeter wave radar completed the first prototype prototype production and delivery.
Looking forward to the future, Weifu Hi-Tech will accelerate the acquisition of new business head customer market projects, continue to promote new business cooperation with strategic partners, actively explore the high-end precision manufacturing and casting business market for new energy parts and components products, actively promote the mass production of core components of stacks, strengthen the establishment of strategic cooperative relations with domestic head customers, and actively obtain "one membrane and two plates" product projects; promote the industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell parts and components products, realize the small batch production of platinum carbon catalyst products, and complete the platinum alloy catalyst.
