The annual Tokyo Game Show (TGS) is a global event for players, while the first Virtual Tokyo Game Show (TGSVR), held last year, was the first large-scale virtual venue in the show's history. Although it is the first time such an event has been held, the total number of visitors has reached about 210,000, and the average time spent on the exhibition per user is about 27 minutes, and the survey shows that people are highly satisfied with the exhibition and have higher expectations for this year's event.

The Virtual Tokyo Game Show 2022 will be further expanded and will be held again from September 15 to 18 this year, in exact line with the real-life exhibition held at the Makuhari Exhibition Hall in Chiba Prefecture, and applications for the exhibition have now begun to be accepted.

Manufacturers can apply for participation in one of three programs depending on their industry or type of business: the "TGSVR 2022 Participation Program" for game-related companies and VR platform providers only, the "Promotional Sponsorship Program" for general companies, and the "Clothing Sponsorship Program" for clothing-related companies only.

TGSVR is designed to help exhibitors maximize their promotion by providing a VR experience. Exhibitors can set up their own booths and content in dedicated VR venues to provide a novel VR experience for more audiences and provide more direct purchase channels for exhibitors' content-related products. The audience can visit the exhibition safely and free of charge through VR, PC and other devices at home, without having to bear the risk of the epidemic and rushing around.
