On March 25, it was learned from the Qingdao Bureau of Natural Resources that 10 multi-storey residential buildings are planned to be built in the central area of Laoshan Virtual Reality Industrial Park, which is located north of Keyuan Weisi Road and east of Qingyin Expressway in Laoshan District.
The Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park Comprehensive Supporting Area (North District) project is located in the central area of Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park, and plans to build comprehensive supporting functions.
10 multi-storey buildings with 5-8 storeys are planned, the façade of the building is mainly in warm colors, combined with the red slope roof to reflect the unique architectural style of Qingdao, 9 kindergartens are built on the south side, and small open green spaces are arranged on the east side to integrate with the planned mountain park, and leisure trails and supporting rooms are set up to provide recreational space and public service facilities for the park.
The project covers an area of 31,500 square meters, with a total construction area of 59,800 square meters, a plot ratio of 1.18, a green space rate of 30%, and 457 parking spaces.
