On March 25, it was learned from the Qingdao Bureau of Natural Resources that to create a regional gateway image, two major projects of Laoshan Virtual Reality Industrial Park are planned to be constructed, which are located in the Zhuzhou Road area of Laoshan District, east of Keyuan Jingqi Road, south of Xinhong Road and north of Xinji Road.
The Southeast Gateway Area Project of the Virtual Reality Industrial Park (including Qingdao Virtual Reality Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop and the Southeast Portal Image Area Project of Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park) is located within the scope of Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park, and plans to build carriers such as virtual reality software technology, content creation and application scenarios. It is planned to set up a tower on the southwest side to create a regional gateway image, reduce the height of the building on the north side to integrate with the surrounding buildings, and set up green roofs and sunken courtyards to provide open space and public service facilities for the park.
Qingdao Virtual Reality Intelligent Manufacturing Factory project covers an area of 52,100 square meters, with a total construction area of 264,000 square meters, a plot ratio of 3.42, a green space rate of 20%, and 1,625 parking spaces, and a land area of 13,400 square meters for the southeast portal image area of Qingdao Virtual Reality Industrial Park, with a total construction area of 60,400 square meters, a plot ratio of 3.3, 353 parking spaces, and a green space rate of 20%.
