The total construction area is 87,724.7 square meters (including 69,348.8 square meters above ground and 18,375.9 square meters underground), combined with industrial positioning and the nature of the plot, the plot ratio is 8, the green space rate is 10.0%, the building density is 35%, and there are a total of 694 parking spaces.
