Adhere to the high-point planning and implement it in batches, and successively complete the collation and publication of 6 surviving Pingyin Old Records and Qing Daoguang's "Dong'a County Chronicles" such as Qing Shunzhi's "Pingyin County Chronicle", Jiaqing's "Pingyin County Chronicle", Daoguang's "Pingyin County Chronicle Continuation", Guangxu's "Pingyin County Chronicle", Guangxu's "Pingyin County Chronicle", and the Republic of China's "Continuation of Pingyin County Chronicle". In the process of collation, well-known literary and historical experts were invited to sort out, professors and scholars from colleges and universities as consultants, and local cultural celebrities participated in the review, which realized the complementarity of knowledge and effectively improved the quality of collation, and the published results were awarded the "Shandong Provincial Excellent Old History Finishing Achievement Award", forming the "Pingyin Model" of old history collation; changing traditional characters to simplified characters, adding punctuation, proofreading, and digitization, which facilitated readers' reading and retrieval and utilization.

Jiaqing "Pingyin County Chronicle" adopts the collection of Hebei University Library, and is verified by the Shandong University Literature Edition Catalog, which is the complete version of Jiaqing's "Pingyin County Chronicle", with a total of 29 volumes and 300,000 words, far better than the previous version with only 4 volumes and 30,000 words, which greatly enriches the historical and cultural content of Pingyin.
