Xiang Hanping, alias Gui Zhen, is a native of Hepu County, Guangdong Province (now Pubei, Guangxi). He joined the Kuomintang in 1912 and served as a member of the Central Supervisory Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang after the merger of the Kuomintang and the Three Youth Leagues. In 1966, when he went to Taiwan to attend the "National Assembly", he published "The First Collection of General Xiang Hanping's Cursive Script", which shook the book world and was well-known at home and abroad.

Liang Hancao (1899-1975) was originally from Gaoyao, Guangdong, and was born in Sanshui, Guangdong. He graduated from the Guangdong Higher Normal School in 1923 and joined the Kuomintang. In 1927, he was appointed secretary of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang. Later, he successively served as Counselor of the Ministry of Finance, Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Railways, Counselor of the Ministry of Railways, and Director of General Affairs of the Ministry of Railways. In 1931, he was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Kuomintang. In 1933, he was appointed Legislator and Secretary-General of the Legislative Yuan. In 1939, he served as chairman of the National Committee and director of the Political Department of Guilin Xingying. In 1940, he was appointed deputy director of the General Political Department of the Military Commission. In 1943, he served as the head of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang. In 1949, he went to Taiwan via Hong Kong and served as the chairman of the "China Broadcasting Corporation", and died in Taipei in 1975. He is the author of "Discussion on the Theory of the Three People's Principles".
