In response to the United Nations' World Day of Concern for Autism on 2 April, Heep Hong Society organises the Heep Hong Society Autism Awareness Week in the first week of April each year. This year's Autism Awareness Week is themed "A 'child' tolerance, 'you' unraveling", hoping that everyone can accept autistic people, understand the reasons behind their special behavior, as the public you or I, just a simple nod or smile, has been the best response.
At the same time, this year, Heep Hong Society also specially joined six popular illustrators in the city, including din -dong, New Century, Diary of a Servant, Dustykid, Wendi Cat and Kazy Chan, to bring out information on understanding and inclusive autism through comics.
