Guanghan, March 29 (Reporter Yue Yitong) The construction project of the new sanxingdui museum with the core design concept of "stacking three stars, the eye of ancient Shu" began construction in Guanghan, Sichuan on the 29th, and the project is an important part of the construction of the Sanxingdui national cultural relics protection and utilization demonstration area.
The new Sanxingdui Museum is located in the Sanxingdui Museum Park, covering an area of 66 acres and a construction area of 55,000 square meters, which is 5 times the construction area of the existing venue. The new museum and its affiliated engineering construction projects are divided into two parts: the main project and the exhibition project, with a total investment of about 1.433 billion yuan. The main project started construction on the same day and is scheduled to be completed within one year, and the planning and design of the exhibition exhibition was started at the same time, and the exhibition project is expected to be completed in October 2023.
"We must not only establish a new platform for the display of cultural relics, but also build an important carrier for the protection and inheritance of excellent history and culture, and create a world-class museum and national archaeological site park, so that it can become a national cultural symbol that shows the origin and development of Chinese civilization." It is understood that the design of the new sanxingdui museum adopts BIM building information modeling technology and parametric modeling technology. During the construction process, the latest smart construction site technology will be used, and high-tech means such as artificial intelligence, sensing technology, virtual reality, and Internet of Things technology will be used to improve the construction efficiency of the new museum.
Zhu Yarong, director of the Planning and Construction Department of the Sanxingdui Museum Scenic Area Management Committee, introduced that after completion, the new museum will have the function of a smart museum, so that the new museum can break through the time and space restrictions of the collection exhibition, enrich the exhibition method of the collection, expand the exhibition content, and enhance the interaction with tourists. "And on this basis, we will establish a more comprehensive, in-depth and extensive interconnection, so as to form a more in-depth intelligent museum operation system and create a Sanxingdui museum intelligent ecosystem chain that integrates cultural relics, relics and smart cities."
