Gudeng Prefecture took root in the land of Wenden, and developed in Muping and Huangxian mountains, and in the third year of Tang Shenlong (707), the town of Penglai was changed to Penglai County, and the administrative office of Dengzhou was moved to Penglai. Penglai ground officially has a history of "Dengzhou" and "Dengzhou Capital".

The spirit of the earth is bound to be a masterpiece, and Ni Yuanlu of the Ming Dynasty said: "Ninety thousand blue skies, climb the ladder to get the way; three thousand blue seas, break the waves and ride the wind." "The blue waves stride, the clouds and han are within reach, and the mighty qi of the heavens and the earth is nothing less than the immortal medicine introduction, and the fairyland on earth that one party can touch is naturally full of gods and immortals."
