According to TCL Huaxing, since December 2021, India Huaxing began to promote Samsung audit work, this time Samsung implemented a system-wide audit of India Huaxing, the system information has met the requirements of Samsung, and after the formal implementation of online audit by Samsung from February 8 to 9, all audit results were finally completed and passed at one time.
India Huaxing is TCL Huaxing's first overseas factory, and india's first Bonding-Assembly full-process LCD panel module factory, which can provide key components for India's local mobile phone and TV manufacturers - LCD modules.
In terms of project planning, India Huaxing integrates the production of large-size TV screens and small-size mobile terminal displays, covering a total area of 280,000 square meters. The plant construction is divided into two phases, the first phase plans to invest 1.53 billion yuan, configure 11 production lines, including 5 large-size panels, 6 small-size mobile phone panels, and plan to produce 8 million pieces of 26-55-inch large-size TV panels and 30 million pieces of 3.58-inch small-size mobile phone panels per year. At present, India Huaxing has completed the construction of 3 lines of equipment production capacity, the monthly production capacity can reach 1.2M, while the 4th and 5th lines will be moved in April, and by May 2022, the bonding, laminating, assembly of the full process of production will be put into operation, and the monthly production capacity will reach 2M. India's Huaxing shipment, since February 16 put into production, only 12 days to complete the output of 20K, a single shift capacity of 7K.
