The exhibition discusses Donatello's artistic achievements in terms of materials, techniques and genres, and the Rijksmuseum berlin, the V&A in London, the Metropolitan of New York, the National Gallery in Washington, D.C., the Louvre in Paris, the Museum of Art and History in Vienna, the Uffizi Gallery and other institutions offer loans, and some of the exhibits have moved for the first time in 600 years.

Curator Martino Stierli hopes to push South Asian architects who have long been in the "waiting room for history" back into a broader perspective.
