Before his death, he worked 11 consecutive days and worked 7 nights
She was so tired. On March 8, bai Xiaohui, as the leader of the team, received the support order from the Shandong Provincial Health Commission and formed the Shandong Provincial Hospital to support the Weihai epidemic handling and testing team.
After arriving in Weihai at 4 a.m. on March 9, Bai Xiaohui immediately began to work. The nucleic acid testing team works four shifts a day and night to improve the speed of specimen detection.
From the 9th to the 12th, Bai Xiaohui worked intensively for four consecutive night shifts. As of 19 March, she worked 11 consecutive days, seven of which were night shifts.
In order to reduce the number of times to wear and take off protective clothing throughout the process and avoid wasting time, Bai Xiaohui usually works for 6 hours continuously, without eating, drinking or going to the toilet.
After one shift, she often returned to her room exhausted, woke up, and threw herself into the "war epidemic" of the next shift.
At 3:00 a.m. on March 19, Bai Xiaohui returned to the hotel to rest after the night shift. At 16:48, she contacted her colleague WeChat and did not reply.
At 23:00, the colleague found that she had not replied, and immediately went to the room where she was staying to check. No one answered the knock on the door, and the mobile phone was unanswered in the house. The colleague asked the hotel staff to open the door and found Bai Xiaohui lying on the ground in the prone position in the bathroom, with no pulse heartbeat.
Those present quickly dialed the 120 emergency number and performed CPR. After being sent to the emergency department of Weihai Municipal Third Hospital, Bai Xiaohui was killed by ineffective rescue.

Tiredness is her norm. Looking at the epidemic for more than two years, her anti-epidemic schedule can't help but be painful.
In June 2020, when the epidemic broke out in Xinfadi, the Shandong Provincial Health Commission immediately organized the "Shandong Medical Inspection Team" to support Beijing. Bai Xiaohui served as the leader of the inspection team and the secretary of the provisional party branch, and his counterpart supported the improvement of the nucleic acid testing capacity of Peking University People's Hospital.

Arriving in Zhengzhou on the same day, Bai Xiaohui and his teammates immediately put into the laboratory preparation work, until 2 a.m. on the 7th, completed all the equipment and reagent assembly and debugging work in the central laboratory of the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou.
On January 14, after completing 8 days of nucleic acid testing, receiving an emergency notice for deployment, all the team members completed the dismantling and packing of all assistance equipment in the early morning, and went to Hua County, Anyang City, Henan Province, on the 15th to support the nucleic acid testing work.
This time, she collapsed in Weihai, where she was supporting, unable to carry out her next mission.
Bai Xiaohui's last circle of friends was frozen in the early morning of March 19.
How can I prevent the next medical worker from falling to the front line?

Chen Ming suggested that the medical personnel on the front line of the fight against the epidemic are soldiers who are in the battle, and when they are charging, they need to arrange their logistical support such as food, clothing, shelter and transportation, and pay attention to their physical and psychological conditions under high-pressure and high-intensity work conditions.
"If during the anti-epidemic period, the local health department arranges two medical staff to regularly measure the blood pressure of frontline anti-epidemic personnel, do electrocardiograms, and pay attention to their sleep, diet and physical health, they may be able to detect abnormalities as soon as possible, and perhaps tragedies can be avoided."
