The Russian Defense Ministry presents evidence that the United States is funding Ukraine's military biology program
A document dated March 6, 2015 unequivocally confirms that Ukraine is manufacturing components for biological weapons. Igor Kirillov, head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Unit of the Russian Federation's armed forces, made the announcement on Thursday.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry laboratories in Kiev, Odessa, Lviv and Kharkiv received $32 million in funding from the United States. In addition, the United States has invested $1.6 million in research into how to transmit disease to humans through bats. The United States is directly involved in and financing military biological experiments in Ukraine.
Documents confirm that biological samples are being transferred from Ukraine to third countries, including Germany, the United Kingdom and Georgia. Speaking at a briefing in Moscow, Kirillov said: "The analysis of the information received shows that Ukrainian experts are unaware of the potential risks of transferring biological material, that they are actually being carried out in the dark, and that there is no real understanding of the true purpose of the ongoing study." ”
Kirillov also reported that information in the possession of the Ministry of Defense indicates that, in accordance with instructions issued last month by the Ukrainian Minister of Health, Ukrainian biological laboratories are continuing to destroy biological material and documents about their research on dangerous viruses.
