The new car is the first model of BYD's marine network warship series, and will launch five models, priced at 119,800-15.58 million yuan. The entire series is equipped with DM-i super hybrid technology, and the pure electric mileage is available in 55km and 120km.
In terms of appearance, the destroyer 05 is based on BYD's "marine aesthetics" design concept, interpreting marine design elements everywhere, and the new car as a whole presents a low-lying and dynamic shape, highlighting the technology, sports and youthful attributes of new energy models.
In terms of size, the Destroyer 05 is a compact sedan with a length, width and height of 4780/1837/1495mm and a wheelbase of 2718mm, which is similar to the size of mainstream compact cars.
The LED taillights of the Destroyer 05 adopt a geometric arrangement dot matrix design, and add a blackening effect, with the through-line running lights that echo the front of the car, which has a high degree of recognition.
As the first model of BYD's Marine Network warship series, the new interior of the Destroyer 05 is different from BYD's previous models, and the design style is more youthful and technological. The center console continues a large number of suspension design elements, with elegant and smooth lines to represent the rhythm of the ocean, which is very novel. The lines of the instrument panel extend to the door panels on both sides, creating a strong atmosphere of envelopment.

In terms of intelligent technology applications, the destroyer 05 contains three intelligent access methods, namely: mobile phone NFC car key, mobile phone Bluetooth key, electronic key three, especially the mobile phone NFC car key is easy to close, instantly unlocked, in the absence of network and electricity can also complete the opening of the vehicle, convenient and safe, in addition to intelligent remote control driving, remote control to start the vehicle and other functions. Equipped with the DiLink intelligent network connection system, it supports intelligent voice interaction and common functions, K song mode, vehicle OTA remote upgrade + intelligent cloud service, and further improves the convenience of using the car.
In terms of power, the destroyer 05 is equipped with a DM-i super hybrid system, which is composed of a 1.5L high-efficiency engine for Xiaoyun-plug hybrid, an EHS electric hybrid system and a DM-i super hybrid special power blade battery.
Among them, the 1.5L engine has a maximum power of 81 kW and a peak torque of 135 N·m. The new car will offer two sets of EHS electromix systems to choose from, namely EHS132 and EHS145, the maximum power of the motor is 132kW and 145kW, and the peak torque of the motor is 316N·m and 325N·m, respectively. Models equipped with the EHS132 and EHS145 mixing systems have accelerated by 7.9s and 7.3s, respectively. It is worth mentioning that the lowest state of charge fuel consumption of the destroyer 05 is only 3.8L/100km.
In addition, the new car is equipped with DM-i super hybrid special power blade battery, and the pure electric mileage is 55km and 120km, respectively.
