22.3.1 Driver brings five major functional upgrades:

AMD Radeon Super Resolution Technology (RSR): It is a new optimization and upgrade technology built into the driver, based on the same algorithm as FSR Super Resolution Technology, which can optimize the graphics for games that do not support FSR for higher performance and fluency.

AMD Link: The updated AMD Link Play feature allows up to four users to connect to an AMD Radeon graphics-driven PC from a PC, phone, tablet, or TV to play local multiplayer games. IT House understands that AMD Link has also introduced customizable hotkeys, which are currently available in the Microsoft Win11/Win10 App Store.

Radeon Image Sharpening (RIS): Bringing clarity and clarity to visuals in your game through upgrades and post-processing, the latest version of RIS can now be used to enhance visuals in video playback and other productivity applications.

The 22.3.1 driver fixes the following issues:

Some Win10 users may see windows transparency lost.

After installing the latest AMD software on some AMD graphics products, such as RX 6800 XT graphics, the adjustment page may display incorrect preset selections.

When playing Forza Horizon 5 on some AMD graphics products, such as RX 6800 graphics, you may experience longer load times than expected when ray tracing is enabled and ray tracing quality is set to medium or high.

Visual artifacts may be observed when playing Duo on some AMD graphics products, such as RX 6900 XT graphics.

Enabling Radeon Chill for SteamVR can result in inconsistent performance.

After disabling the hotkey feature in AMD Adrenaline software, some users can still use certain hotkeys when they restart the system.

Issues with the 22.3.1 driver are as follows:

Using RSR on a 2560x1600 resolution monitor may cause the system to hang, and the workaround is to set the display zoom mode to Full Panel.

When playing Cyberpunk 2077 on some AMD graphics products, such as RX 570 graphics, some users may find that indoor areas look darker than expected.

Enabling Enhanced Sync on some games and system configurations may result in a black screen, so don't turn it on for now.

Radeon performance metrics and logging features may intermittently report very high and incorrect memory clock values.
