One of the consumers complained that it paid a deposit of 5,000 yuan on November 27, 2021 to buy a zero-run C11 car, and did not get the scheduling, but the car manufacturer changed the electronic control system of the car on December 1, 2021, the water cooling was changed to oil cooling, and the configuration was replaced, and the promotional leaflet did not tell that it was originally purchased with water cooling, the press conference has always been oil-cooled technology, and the purchase was confirmed with the sales, and the sales repeatedly emphasized that the three configurations of the C11 car are consistent except for the four-wheel drive and endurance.
