From entering Shanghai Television as a news announcer in 1988 to now becoming the chief news anchor of SMG Rong Media Center and deeply engaged in journalism for 34 years, she has always maintained the determination to change like a long-distance runner. Faced with a fixed live broadcast task five days a week, she used to come to the station early to enter the working state, and the desk preparation was not limited to familiarizing herself with the news articles of the day, but also paying attention to the dynamics of hot news events, so as to help the audience better understand the news progress when broadcasting.
After the live broadcast, Yin Hairong also had a habit of maintaining it for many years: "I have to go back to the news program, examine my own broadcast status, where it is done well, where there are problems that need to be improved." Thick accumulation can be thin
Yin Hairong's broadcast career began with a blank piece of paper, she was not from a science class, and even when she first entered the industry, her understanding of the industry was not clear.
But she firmly believes that diligence can make up for clumsiness and practice the true chapter. Therefore, in addition to obtaining theoretical knowledge from books and learning from her peers, she also actively participated in front-line editing and editing at the news scene to cultivate her own journalistic literacy.
In the early years, she went to report on shanghai municipal construction, at the beginning of the construction field was confused, she continued to go deep into the scene, almost ran all over the major engineering construction sites in Shanghai, through on-site interviews, contact with people in the industry, to know what is shield boring, where is the difficulty of soft foundation construction, and what it means to build a viaduct to Shanghai's urban transportation... These expertise in the field of architecture also laid the foundation for her future work.
"It is precisely because of the accumulation of more than ten years in the past ten years that I have some knowledge reserves in the field of municipal construction, so it is more convenient to host the live broadcast of the opening of the Yangtze River Tunnel Bridge in Shanghai in 2009." The live broadcast that impressed her was last year's CCTV planning of "China Today Shanghai", Yin Hairong and CCTV anchor He Yanke partnered to host, before that, she was quite unfamiliar with CCTV's studio and process, before the official live broadcast, she was only half an hour familiar with the camera position, large screen, teleprompter, two hours of live broadcast designed nine files of wiring, the task is arduous. Fortunately, Yin Hairong did a lot of homework in advance, coupled with years of precipitation of live broadcast experience, and the tacit understanding with her partner, and finally successfully completed, and won the praise of CCTV peers.
Do "side ears" from scratch
"At each stage, the media has its own development law, and only by constantly developing and changing can the entire television industry move forward." In 2016, Yin Hairong realized the rise of online self-media numbers, and with a curious and inquiring mentality or crisis awareness, she launched an initiative to operate new media among the hosts.
What exactly is it done? She thought twice: "As moderators, our strength is sound. As a result, the "side ear SH" WeChat public account with online reading of literary works as the main content came into being, from the first 4 main creative members to attract nearly 30 members today, including four "Golden Microphone" award winners and more than ten SMG "famous new announcer hosts".
Nowadays, the public account "Side Ear" has become a public cultural brand, not only holding more than 30 poetry meetings, recitation meetings, and sharing meetings, but also publishing and recording six audiobooks. From content planning to layout formulation, from program production to publicity and promotion, to the landing of offline activities, everything is handled by the host.
What makes Yin Hairong excited is that after so many years of doing it, when it comes to the centralized recording and distribution of a new round of literary works, the enthusiasm of the host is very high, "basically it is a second kill". These classic literary works such as poems, essays, and novels are also strictly controlled by professional writers, poets, scholars, and university teachers of the Shanghai Writers Association as expert consultants.
This year, Yin Hairong also wants to try to launch a "side ear" video number, how to break the inherent thinking, learn from the creativity of others and make new breakthroughs, which she has been learning recently.
Cultivating echelons is a responsibility
In addition to the screen, Yin Hairong also has multiple identities: she has won honorary titles such as National Model Worker, National "March 8th" Red Flag Bearer, and Shanghai Top Ten Outstanding Youth. As a deputy to the Eighteenth and Nineteenth National Congresses of the Communist Party of China, he went to schools, organs, troops, rural areas, and other places to give lectures.
As the captain of SMG's "Famous, Excellent and New Announcer Host" Volunteer Service Corps, she has also been enthusiastic about public welfare activities, leading everyone to the site of the First Congress of the Communist Party of China as a volunteer docent, serving as a "building can be read" public welfare promotion volunteer, shooting public welfare short films on the themes of epidemic prevention and DISC action, and actively participating in activities such as "barrier-free film public welfare commentary" and "subway volunteer broadcast".
At the same time, Yin Hairong also concurrently serves as vice chairman of the Shanghai Television Artists Association and vice president of the Shanghai Language and Writing Workers Association, and has invested considerable energy in language and writing work.
For example, he participated in the compilation and recording of the Shanghai Mandarin Proficiency Level Examination textbooks; co-authored and published the "Concise Modern Chinese Light and Heavy Format Dictionary"; and co-authored the "SMG Broadcaster Host Language and Writing Specification Manual" with the predecessors and teachers of the Taiwan Broadcasting Host Business Steering Committee, following the first and second volumes, the third volume is also about to be published; on this basis, as a sub-project leader, he participated in and completed the 2016 key project of the State Language Commission's "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" scientific research plan.
