Volkswagen Langyi sold 26,707 vehicles in February, slightly ahead of the Hongguang MINI, ranking second, down 18,581 units from 45,288 units last month. BYD Qin PLUS DM-i sold 14,242 vehicles, ranking fifth. In addition, BYD Qin PLUS EV sold 8264 units, failing to make the list. The combined sales of the two versions reached 22,506 units, which can rank fourth in car sales.
The Toyota Camry ranked sixth with sales of 14,228 units, selling only 14 fewer than the fifth-ranked BYD Qin PLUS DM-i. Compared with 24,950 units in the previous month, sales in February decreased by 10,722 units.
The Honda Accord followed, selling 13,816 vehicles in February, ranking seventh, not much compared to Camry sales, but 9,091 fewer than January sales.
In addition, Toyota Asia Dragon, a mid-size car, ranked tenth in February sales of 11,236 units, up 62.4% month-on-month, and Nissan Tianlai sold 10,268 units, ranking eleventh.
Buick Yinglang ranked eighth with sales of 12,925 vehicles, performing modestly, 8,506 fewer than in January.
In terms of luxury brands, BMW 3 Series and Audi A4L were on the list, of which BMW 3 Series sold 10185 vehicles, ranking twelfth, down 14211 units from the previous month; Audi A4L sold 9460 vehicles, ranking fifteenth, 7379 fewer than last month.
