A special collection of the Wuhan Museum is the bronze mirror, and many people will wonder when they see these bronze mirrors on display in the exhibition hall: How does this look in the mirror? In fact, the exhibition hall exhibits the back of the bronze mirror, because there are important patterns or inscriptions on the back, which have historical value; and the ancients usually used the other side of the smooth.
According to the director of the Information Department of the Wuhan Museum, the bronze mirror was first produced in the Qijia culture more than 4,000 years ago, which is now near qijiaping in Guanghe, Gansu. It is a common living tool used by the ancients, especially the ancient women. The theme of this bronze mirror is a relief sacred beast, and there is a circle of inscriptions on the edge of the mirror. According to the director of the Information Department of the Wuhan Museum, Luo Fuyi, a famous epigrapher on the mainland, examined that "the inscription is a Long-lost Lu poem, which is only seen in his life." The Book of Poetry was the first collection of poetry in mainland China, and when Qin Shi Huang burned the book, he burned all Confucian classics, including the Book of Poetry, but was orally recited by scholars to make it passed down. Since the Han Dynasty was hailed as a classic of Confucianism, the interpretation and study of the Book of Poetry by successive dynasties has never stopped. In the early Han Dynasty, there were four schools of "Qi, Lu, Han, and Mao" that taught the Book of Poetry, and through the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the Qi Poems, Lu Poems, and Mao Poems gradually declined, and by the time of the Southern Song Dynasty, all of them had been lost, and only the Mao Poems were widely circulated in the folk. This mirror is extremely precious because of the content of the inscription on it, which confirms the existence of the lost "Lu Shi", and has been designated as a national first-class cultural relic.

The outer area is an inscription for a week, read as: "Phoenix double mirror south gold suit, yin and yang are matched, the sun and moon are always meeting, the white jade hibiscus box, the jade feather Qiong Yao belt, the same heart, the heart is close, and the heart is taken care of to protect the thousand springs." The meaning of the mirror inscription is to praise the exquisite casting of the bronze mirror, and at the same time to express sincere love. The mirror content is "knocking bamboo to summon turtles, drums and pianos to attract phoenixes", which is the study of immortals. The ancients used this pattern to express the good wish of eternal youth and immortality.

According to the director of the Information Department of the Wuhan Museum, the gold artifacts of the Yuan Dynasty have been unearthed very little in the country, and the blonde hair ornaments unearthed from the Tomb of Zhou Jiatianyuan use a variety of complex techniques such as filigree, hammering, lace, and inlay, which are exquisitely made and exquisitely crafted, and have high artistic value and historical research value. Among them, the golden melon head hairpin, the head of the hairpin is shaped like a melon, a raised melon flower blooms in the center, and three small flowers surround the flower, the flowers are clustered above the melon, and the bulge of the melon ridge is curved with a dotted line of fine tendon veins, and the concave is reinforced by tapers to strengthen the chiaroscuro contrast. Although it is not a work brush color, it is depicted with a hammer work, which is very interesting for the sketches of the courtyard paintings.
