Wang Wen: I have noticed that in fact, since the situation in Russia and Ukraine deteriorated, some Western politicians and media have continuously spread false information, smeared and slandered China's position on the Ukraine issue, and set many discourse traps. Specifically, Wang Yi broke the trap of Western discourse from the following ten aspects:
1. Frame China for knowing Russia's military plans for a long time.
Russia is an independent power with its own strategic decisions. 3. Smear China for "supporting" Russia's special military operations.
Some US politicians and media have put forward this judgment in order to place China in the framework of the "Sino-Russian alliance," negate China's independent foreign policy of peace, and distort the basis of "non-alignment, non-confrontation, and non-targeting of third parties" in Sino-Russian relations. 4. Slandering China as "happy" to see the situation in Russia and Ukraine deteriorate.

6. Speculate that China plans to take advantage of the deteriorating situation in Russia and Ukraine to "recover Taiwan."
The West has dug a logical trap, comparing Ukraine to a realistic version of the future Taiwan issue, and even speculating that China will take advantage of the deterioration of the situation in Russia and Ukraine to recover Taiwan. This is complete nonsense. As Wang Yi said at a news conference, the Taiwan issue is fundamentally different from the Ukrainian issue, and there is no comparison between the two. 9. Speculation that China will "cut off" trade with Russia and Ukraine.
China will not do this! China has made it clear that it opposes any form of illegal unilateral sanctions, and Wang Yi also made it clear at the press conference that all parties should resolve disputes peacefully through dialogue. At all times, China opposes unilateral sanctions, which will not resolve any disputes.
10. Smearing China is the "arch fire bearer" who hopes that the situation in Ukraine will deteriorate, and whitewashing the United States is the "de-escalator" of the situation in Ukraine.
