The first medicine is to use small countries as guns.
Le Yucheng said it very bluntly:
At present, such a phenomenon has emerged in the international community, and the big countries are afraid of getting involved in contradictions and conflicts and causing harm to themselves, so they issue empty checks to small countries, let them stand in front of them as "pawns", and even use them to fight proxy wars. Originally, as long as we said a word, promising that NATO would no longer expand eastward, we could end the crisis and prevent the destruction of life, but we would rather incite the wind and fire and watch the fire from the other side...
It's really heartbreaking.
Ukraine is one of the most striking examples.
Don't forget, Kissinger warned that Ukraine's accession to NATO will lead to endless troubles: "If Ukraine wants to survive and develop, it should not become an outpost of one side against the other - but a bridge connecting the two sides." ”
But we have also seen that in recent years, things have been completely contrary to Kissinger's warnings, NATO continues to expand eastward, Ukraine strongly demands to join, and the United States has all kinds of hints of acceptance, resulting in more and more contradictions, and finally the war is ignited.
In a word, as long as NATO promises not to expand eastward, war may not break out, but the United States just refuses to say it, that is, it will use small countries as guns.

The second medicine, the great fortune of war.
From Ukraine's point of view, to fight the Russian army now, it is natural to need weapons, and the United States continues to provide weapons, which is certainly a good thing.
But why is the United States doing this?
One reason is that small countries are used as guns, and small countries are used to consume Russia; another reason, we do not have to avoid, American arms dealers are very happy.
Anyway, seeing the report, the Crisis in Ukraine broke out, and the US arms dealers were elated and raised a glass to celebrate.
On the one hand, the United States orders a large number of arms and directly assists Ukraine, and the US arms dealers make money; on the other hand, the United States encourages allies and partners to aid Weapons to Ukraine, and then the United States provides them with Us-made weapons and replenishes stocks, and the US arms dealers also make money.

Otherwise, why is the United States so keen to provoke war and start a war?

The fourth medicine is to continue NATO's life.
I have seen that when some Western media reported on Le Yucheng's speech, they also mentioned one of his assertions: NATO should have been dissolved a long time ago.
Indeed, in the past 30 years, has NATO really made the world peaceful, or has it made the world more dangerous?
After checking it, Le Yucheng's original words were:
The military bloc is a remnant of the Cold War, NATO and the Warsaw Pact have been facing each other for nearly half a century, and with the collapse of the Soviet Union, it should have entered history at the same time as the Warsaw Pact. The fifth medicine is to "weaponize" globalization.
In a recent video call between the Leaders of China and the United States, the Chinese leader clearly pointed out:
In the implementation of all-round and indiscriminate sanctions, it is the people who are still suffering. If it is further upgraded, it will also trigger a serious crisis in the global economy and trade, finance, energy, food, industrial chain supply chain, etc., making the already difficult world economy worse and causing irreparable losses.
But we also see that the sanctions against Russia are becoming more and more outrageous, and even globalization is used as a weapon, even sports, culture, art and performing arts people are not spared, cats and trees have been sanctioned, and Russian citizens have been unjustifiably deprived of overseas assets.
Leyu Chengcheng is very emotional: the so-called "science without borders", "sports depoliticization", the sanctity of private property, freedom of speech, the spirit of contract, etc. I am afraid that no one will believe it anymore. Ukraine crisis, is the United States responsible?
This should not need to be said more.
But a breathtaking turn in the United States is still very numb to transfer responsibility. For example, fabricating some rumors that the Chinese side knew about Russia's military operations in advance and asked the Russian side to do it after the Beijing Winter Olympics; and also, claiming that the Russian side asked the Chinese side to provide military assistance, how has China done...
What about the truth?

What to do?
In fact, the problem is very complicated, but the solution path is also very clear.
According to Xinhua, the Chinese leader told Biden during the call:
It is imperative to continue dialogue and negotiation to avoid civilian casualties, prevent humanitarian crises and an early ceasefire and end the war. The long-term approach lies in the fact that major powers respect each other, abandon the Cold War mentality, refrain from camp confrontation, and gradually build a balanced, effective and sustainable global and regional security architecture.

What is the true wisdom of medicine?
To treat the symptoms, it is even more necessary to cure the root causes. The same is true of the Ukrainian crisis, which requires a lasting peace if the top priorities are addressed well and there is a long-term solution to both the symptoms and the root causes.
But in the gourd of the United States, there are many medicines, can there be such a prescription?
I still have some vague doubts. Judging from the style of behavior in the United States, not only will it not prescribe the right medicine, but it will not rule out the indiscriminate use of strong drugs, and there is still a little room for turning, but in the end it is chicken flying eggs and chicken feathers.
In fact, the Ukraine crisis occurred in Europe, and we have seen the consequences of indiscriminate drug use in the United States in Asia.
