For the first time in the 3nm process, Samsung has adopted GAA, or Gate Wrap Process, which enables a smaller process than FinFET, resulting in a better energy consumption ratio.

Samsung said that compared with 5nm, Samsung's 3nm GAA process can reduce chip area by 16%, reduce power consumption by 45%, and improve performance by 23%. Of course, how does Samsung's 3nm process perform, and then we still need to look at the actual performance of the Galaxy S25.
