At this year's National Two Sessions, he will make suggestions and suggestions on "traditional culture inheritance and young actor training".
Yang Chi often goes to the rehearsal scene of Dalian Peking Theater as a special "audience". Seeing that some young actors do not have solid basic skills, or the stage position is not good, he must communicate with everyone. Through many research visits, Yang Chi prepared the "Proposal on Resuming the Holding of the National Young Peking Opera Actors Television Competition", which encouraged young actors to strengthen cultural self-confidence, practice hard and learn art, and also provide a platform for discovering and selecting young talents.

What can we give to the audience, do you provide the audience with some performances that are consistent with the essence of Peking Opera, and the repertoire of our young actors' club is also getting less and less, like my predecessor yuan Shihai, who will be more than a hundred and two hundred plays.
To promote national art and revitalize the cause of Peking Opera, in addition to discovering young Peking Opera talents, the popularization and inheritance of Peking Opera is also very important. Yang Chi suggested that while doing a good job in traditional culture on campus, we can also explore and think about carrying out Peking Opera education in colleges and universities.
The development of a cause cannot be achieved by a few people, but must rely on a group of successors. In recent years, my proposal has always revolved around the popularization of excellent traditional culture and the cultivation of talents.
