According to Liu Yan, secretary general of the Team Building Branch of the Chongqing Municipal Association of Culture and Tourism, there was no official industry association in the team building industry in Chongqing before, and the scale and level of the company were uneven. "Chongqing's team building industry still needs to be improved." Liu Yan said that the establishment of industry associations is to standardize the team building industry market, so that the team building industry is more standardized, safer, and has more room for progress.
What kind of team building do young people like?
In the past decade, the team building market has changed dramatically. Liu Yan found through visits that at present, many companies are still hanging on the name of team building and selling expanded products, but the didactic output is simply unacceptable to the post-90s and post-00s.
Last year, a workplace social platform released the "2021 Internet People Survival Survey", and the results showed that among the post-90s professionals, only two adults liked team building; among the post-00s professionals, this proportion was only 10%. Some media also did the investigation of the "post-90s large-scale social death scene", and the result was that "company team building" ranked first. There is even a saying on the Internet: "After the team is built, it is the second peak period of departure after receiving the year-end award."

The Team Building Branch of Chongqing Culture and Tourism Association is affiliated to the Chongqing Municipal Association of Culture and Tourism, and 36 industry companies have become full members, with 16 members to be done, and the target for this year is 80.
