In order to carry forward the spirit of "May Fourth", cultivate team consciousness and gather the strength to forge ahead, recently, the Youth League Committee of Weinan Central Hospital organized the "Inheritance of the May Fourth Spirit and Gathering the Power of Youth" and the team building activity of Weinan Medical Workshop (Phase III), with more than 50 representatives from various departments, volunteers, and young people of Weinan Medical College participating in the activity. Yi Xinsong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Academy, Dang Jige, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhang Jianshi, Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Yang Wenqi, Director of the Party and Government Office and Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, visited the event site to observe.
Through quality development training, group participation and experience, etc., this team building and development activity focused on building team cohesion, and carried out projects such as "opening the camp to break the ice, building towers together, Da Vinci code, ice sea shipwreck, and elimination" to stimulate innovation vitality, enhance team spirit, hone will, improve self, and smelt the team.
The outreach activity kicked off with the "Icebreaker" project, which challenged the team to stand with their backs to each other, and the team members jumped to face each other and made the action as planned. The players cooperated with each other and worked together to successfully complete the instructions issued by the coach. It not only increased the understanding of each other, but also enhanced the working friendship.
Work together to build a tower and cooperate for a win-win situation. The team members pulled the rope, cooperated with each other, cooperated tacitly, and worked together to smoothly stack the modules together, and finally build a tower that soared into the sky. In work and life, each of us must have team spirit, do a good job of the small self, achieve the big self, close cooperation, mutual trust, in order to create the ultimate success.

Through reasonable planning of time, manpower, information and other resources, the team members constantly improve their collaboration ability, and the belief of winning supports every team member!

Within the specified time and requirements, all team members used the limited resources on site: small wooden planks, through mutual help, overcoming hardships, using resources and everyone's wisdom, all members crossed the virtual "Amazon River" at one time and reached the other side of success. In the face of danger, everyone faced difficulties together, encouraged each other, worked closely together, and all participants through coordination and communication, rational allocation and use of limited resources, formulated the best strategy, and finally successfully landed.

The team plays 2 players at the same time, 1 person turns over 1 hat, the items under the hat are the same, 2 team members bring back the hat and the item, and eliminate 2 items in the field. Everyone is highly cooperative, fighting side by side, and sharing the joy of victory.
