In today's global strategic situation, it is not easy for China and the United States, two strategic powers, to maintain normal contacts and engage in frank and in-depth dialogue. It must be known that under the circumstance that the hegemony is so unreasonable and so aggressive, and when China creates a series of incidents that challenge sovereignty and core interests, China is still willing to meet and dialogue with it. At a time when the world is on the brink of war and facing the danger of nuclear war, China continues to seek mutual respect, cooperation and win-win results with hegemony.
However, at the Current Sino-US meeting in Rome, the Wishful Thinking of the United States has failed in its entirety after all, can they give up on this?
According to the consistent disposition of hegemony, China's goodwill will not impress the US authorities at all, let alone change the will of the hegemonic rulers, and their attitude toward China may change on the surface, but there will be no change in China's basic strategy, and the delusion of continuing to oppress China to obey the US arrangement in the great game of the Ukrainian war will not change much. Therefore, the Rome meeting is only one round to complete the confrontation between China and the United States, and there will be many rounds in the future, and the contest between China and the United States will continue.
First, a broader and deeper strategic struggle will be waged over the Ukrainian issue
As people have seen, the battlefield is now in front of Ukraine, but the war is not only in Ukraine, but in the economic and trade, finance, science and technology, network information and other fields; the two sides of the battle are Ukraine and Russia, but the opponent of the war is the Russian group and the Western military alliance group, and the real core opponents are Putin and Biden. What is the development of normal state-to-state relations and normal trade exchanges between China and Russia, which cannot be allowed by hegemony at all. Under the strategic logic of hegemony, either the United States will succumb to the ranks of the United States in sanctioning and blocking Russia, or it will be the enemy of the United States, and there is no room for wandering in between. To this end, the United States will combine both soft and hard, playing hard and pulling, and increasingly fiercely holding on to China, and the struggle between China and the United States around the Ukraine crisis will continue for a long time. To put it simply, on the Ukraine issue, hegemony will not spare China at all, and will never let China easily become a spectator.
Second, the United States will continue to exert broader and better and deeper pressure, blackmail and blackmail on China
Proceeding from the basic strategic logic of hegemony, under the impact of the Ukrainian war, while blocking and sanctioning Russia, the United States also needs to strengthen its suppression and containment of China, and it is also necessary to strictly prevent China from taking advantage of the opportunity to make a fuss about Taiwan, the South China Sea and other issues. Such two seemingly contradictory things do not contradict hegemony at all. Because according to the principles of America First, America First, and America First, such a logic makes perfect sense, and the above two needs can be said to be parallel, reasonable, and completely correct and great. Therefore, in the coming period, we will certainly implement it in Sino-US relations, and we must grasp it with both hands and be tough on both sides. Third, the Crisis in Ukraine shows that under all kinds of future crises, the United States must first point its sword at China

Because China's influence is too great and its position in the eyes of hegemony is too important, nothing can shake the "honor" of China as the first strategic opponent of the United States. In the view of hegemony, only by getting China right and letting China cooperate with the United States can the goals and objectives of the United States be fully realized; as long as China is successful, it wants money and money, things and things, and what it wants, nothing in the world will be uncertain, otherwise, the position of the US global leadership will be bankrupt, and it will inevitably be in vain to deal with any crisis.
Therefore, looking forward to the future, under the leadership of hegemony, "America First" and "China First" will go hand in hand: to ensure that the United States is first, we must regard China as the first target of attack, and if this sense of "China First" is well implemented and implemented, "America First" will also be effectively guaranteed. Any claim that the United States will see Russia as its primary strategic competitor in the future is nonsense. For hegemony, it does not matter if Russia has a few or more allies, the key is not to let China get strong external reinforcements. In this sense, the current methods of the United States in dealing with China, such as tirelessly engaging with China and negotiating with China, are not only a tactic and a trick in Sino-Russian relations. I believe that strategic observers in China and Russia can see such tricks very clearly.
