This 2.0ATK hybrid engine uses the atkinson cycle common to hybrid engines, and matches a number of industry-leading technologies, such as 350bar high-pressure direct injection system, low-pressure exhaust gas circulation system, water-cooled intercooler, etc., to achieve up to 42.1% engine thermal efficiency.
The GMC2.0 electromechanical coupling system has one more gear than Honda's i-MMD and BYD's DM-i system, that is, 2 gears, which is used to achieve high and low speeds to keep the engine in the high and low speed range, and is more streamlined in terms of volume and structure, and can be laid out in the cabin of the A-class car.
At the same time, the use of flat wire motor, high efficiency oil cooling and other technologies to make the motor have higher power, on the one hand, so that the motor can be used in more working conditions, further reduce the frequency of engine work, so as to achieve the purpose of fuel saving, on the other hand, in more extreme working conditions, the whole power system can also be easily coped with.
Not only that, the entire 2.0L hybrid system also uses more electronic control systems to make its work efficiency higher, and finally makes the engine thermal utilization coefficient as high as 95.5%, which is at the leading level in the industry.
In terms of the performance of the whole vehicle, the Shadow Leopard equipped with a 2.0L hybrid power system can achieve zero hundred acceleration of 7.2s and fuel consumption of 3.8L per 100 kilometers (subject to the official release, it is still in the debugging stage).
