The "2021 Top Ten National IP Selection" is based on "telling the Chinese story and playing the strongest voice of national IP", and through the six dimensions of "innovation, dissemination, leadership, nationality, artistry and commerciality", it looks for the most high-quality national IP representatives in various fields in China to provide assistance for China to move towards an intellectual property power.
