In 2007, they invested 5 million yuan to auction the Purchase of the Three Gorges Food Canning Factory, and then requisitioned 12 acres of land to build a Chihan lemon processing plant covering an area of 30.68 acres, built a 15,000-square-meter lemon processing plant, and officially unveiled the "Guo Yi Wanzhou Lemon" fresh fruit brand in the later stage.

At this time, he thought of the Sichuan Anyue lemon that had made him feel for the first time, and he decided to go to Anyue to investigate. People break their fingers and give them an account: 3 pounds of fresh fruit can squeeze a pound of original juice, and 7 pounds of fresh fruit can be dried into 1 pound of dry slices; the original juice can not only be brewed into lemon wine through biological fermentation, but also can be made into lemon drinks; the remaining preserved fruits after juice can be pickled and canned lemons; scattered residues can also be brewed to ferment and extract lemon enzymes; the seeds separated from the juice of the fruit are also a kind of Chinese herbal medicine with great demand; the essential oil extracted from the lemon peel is a hundred times more valuable. Every 1,000 tons of lemon can extract only one ton of essential oil, while a ton of essential oil is sold for 350,000 to 400,000 yuan in the international market.

Although in 2013, under the guidance of the Wanzhou District Agricultural Committee and the relevant departments of the Bureau of Commerce, Guo Jun established e-commerce platforms such as enterprise websites, JD.com, Alibaba, and Taobao, but because the sales of fresh fruits on the e-commerce platform at that time were not good, they only played a role in the promotion of the brand influence of Wanzhou Lemon and the promotion of corporate popularity, and the sales volume did not increase significantly. The slow sales of lemons and the amazing sales of e-commerce this time made Guo Jun sad and also saw business opportunities.
